3.Subject of the Agreement:
This agreement covers the online transactions between the SELLER and the Customer (BUYER), and both parties are considered to have accepted the terms of this agreement. The BUYER acknowledges that they are informed about the basic features of the goods for sale, the sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc., and that they have confirmed this information electronically before placing the order. The BUYER agrees and declares this in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
4.Receipt of the Order:
The customer will place all orders through the website available on the internet, with the address mentioned above. Even if the customer contacts the SELLER via phone or another communication method for any reason, completing the order online is essential. The information entered during the order process will be recorded by the SELLER and will be used for the activities related to the sale.

7.Delivery Costs and Performance:

If a different courier company is requested for delivery, the resulting shipping cost will be fully borne by the BUYER. If the customer has such a request, they must submit it to the SELLER in writing.
8.Payment Transactions:
When the customer completes their order online, payment options will be provided for them to choose from. The customer will select the most suitable option and proceed with the payment accordingly. Orders that are not paid within 24 hours after being placed will be canceled, and the SELLER will be considered relieved of the obligation to deliver the product. Customers who make payments via bank transfer or EFT must fill out the "Transfer Notification Form" and send it to the SELLER. The SELLER is authorized to change, increase, decrease, or remove the payment options in the future. The SELLER is responsible for protecting the information provided by the customer for payment purposes.
9.SELLER's Declarations and Commitments:
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete, and defect-free condition, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and along with the warranty documents and instructions. If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. For justifiable reasons, the SELLER may supply a product of equal quality and price to the BUYER before the fulfillment period specified in the contract expires. If the SELLER is unable to fulfill the contract obligations due to impossibility, they must inform the consumer of this situation before the deadline for fulfilling the obligations. The SELLER will return all documents that involve payment or debts to the consumer within 10 days. In the case of products sold with a warranty certificate, in the event of a malfunction during use, the product should be sent to authorized service centers by the BUYER for repair within the warranty conditions. The SELLER has the right to cancel the order by refunding the amount paid by the BUYER using the same payment method, without giving any reason.

The credit card payment date is determined according to the terms of the agreement between the bank and the BUYER. The BUYER can also track the number of installments and payments from the account statement sent by the bank.
12.1.Right of Withdrawal:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to themselves or the person or organization they have indicated at the address. However, in this case, the returned product must not be in any condition that would prevent its resale (e.g., unopened packaging, undamaged, unused box, accessories, lost labels, not deformed, etc.). The delivery cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER. After receiving the withdrawal statement, the SELLER will return any valuable documents, if any, within 10 (ten) days and refund the product price within 20 (twenty) days.
12.2. Right of Withdrawal and Return Process for Electronic Products:
In order for electronic products to be returned under the "Right of Withdrawal," the product must be returned in its original box without any damage, along with its invoice and all complementary accessories. If these items are not included, the return request will be rejected. For products that are installed by a service provider, if the box is opened or the installation is done outside of the service, returns will not be accepted. If a SIM card is inserted or a Wi-Fi connection is established on a purchased mobile phone, the device will be considered as second-hand. According to relevant regulations, the "saleable condition of the product" must be maintained under the right of withdrawal. Therefore, products with a SIM card inserted or connected to Wi-Fi will not be accepted for return under the right of withdrawal. In case of defective products, the buyer should contact the SELLER. The SELLER has the right to request an authorized service report. For return requests made within 14 to 6 months, the product must go to the technical service, and a refund decision must be made by the service provider.

In places where there are no Consumer Courts, the Civil Courts of First Instance will have jurisdiction.
17.Application of the Agreement:
The agreement does not relieve either party of responsibility if one party fails to comply with the provisions of the agreement, and it contains provisions that bind both parties.
18.Commencement of the Agreement:
This agreement begins when the Customer completes their order on the SELLER's website. The fact that the payment process has not yet been completed by the Customer does not nullify the terms of the agreement.
19.With the order agreement, the SELLER has the approval to contact the BUYER via electronic newsletter, email, phone, or SMS channels.
By approving the order agreement, the BUYER agrees to be informed about all future campaigns, discount opportunities, surveys sent for customer satisfaction assessment, and notifications via electronic newsletters, emails, phone, and SMS, which will be sent by the SELLER from this date onwards.
